[43.9S, 17.3E] South-east of Lûghash, the Flaming Spire. [47.4S, 20.0E] South-east of Nauronk. [50.7S, 12.6E] East of Fushaum Tûm in the flames area. [50.9S, 8.8E] West/South-west of Sárronk. Also note that most Mordor Scourges can also spawn on any other map in Mordor.
